We went on a tour of the Hemingway house, which is a tour I recommend if you make your way all the way to Key West.

Ruth Ewen lived here as a child and is now in a nursing home in Delaware - unaware of any living relatives. 

Her Father was Peter Ewen and Mother was Josephine Smith - Ruth was an only child but had LOTS of aunts, uncles, and cousins. There has to be 2nd or 3rd cousins out there who think she passed away.

Guy Fieri stopped here over 2 years ago (March 2010) and there is still almost an hour long wait on most days. We were lucky and were seated right away. Great food and drinks (great beer selection)!

Journey concert at Riverbend. It was not their best show, but they hit all the big classics. The lead singer probably didn't know where he was, as he kept referring to the crowd as "Ohio" ... which is technically correct, but who doesn't at least use the closest big city?

[Update] We went back today and I made sure to snap some photos of the food.  It was a tasty as the last time ... I have a feeling I'll become a regular here!

The food here was excellent!  My wife and I both had their pulled pork sandwich (hers with coleslaw). The buns are lightly toasted and the meat is very obviously cooked with care and attention ... not rushed and soggy. It was so good, in fact, that we forgot to take photos of the food itself.  Maybe we'll remember next time. Highly recommend this place!

The newly reopened Washington Park in downtown Cincinnati.  The renevations look really nice!

We stopped here for some delicious softserve ice cream.  Highly recommended if you find yourself on US 50 in West Virginia!

A neat little stop in Maryland with a great view!
