Michael LEEHIVE was my 2nd great-granduncle, but more importantly, he was the guardian for my 2nd great-grandfather Martin Slattery and the other Slattery children after the deaths of Martin SLATTERY and Michael's sister Margaret LEEHIVE.

For more information on this census data and the questions it raises see: http://leehive.blogspot.com/2012/07/1900-us-census-michael-leehive-family.html

Important data points and questions/theories:

Where was Michael Leehive naturalized and where are the records? How did Michael Leehive become the guardian for the Slattery children and when? The youngest Slattery child was born in August 1894 which means Margaret Leehive was alive prior to August 1894 and Martin Slattery was alive prior January 1894.
